Returns
30-day, no-questions returns on the MED CARD hardware. If you're not satisfied, contact info@rogent.app within 30 days of delivery for a return label and full refund of the card price. Cards must be returned in reasonable condition.
Subscription refunds
Personal Unlimited renews annually. You can cancel any time from your account — access continues to the end of the paid year. We refund a renewal charge if you contact us within 14 days of that charge and haven't substantially used the service in the new period.
Bundle ($179)
The Card + Personal Unlimited bundle includes the first year of service. If you return the card within 30 days, the included first-year service ends with the return.
