By using rogent.app or a ROGENT MED product, you agree to these terms.
Accounts
You can browse without an account. Purchasing requires signing in with Google, Apple, or an email verification code. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Products & purchase
- MED CARD — one-time purchase, $89.
- MED CARD + Personal Unlimited — $179, includes the card plus the first year of Personal Unlimited.
- Personal Unlimited — subscription ($68/year), available after you own a card. It renews until cancelled.
Medical disclaimer
MED CARD is a recording and note tool. It is not a medical device for diagnosis or treatment and does not replace professional medical advice. Always tell your clinician before recording and follow their guidance.
Acceptable use
Record only where you are permitted to, and inform others as required by the laws that apply to you. You are responsible for lawful use of recordings.
Subscriptions & cancellation
You may cancel Personal Unlimited any time from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period. See our Refund & Shipping policy.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, ROGENT is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
